How Do I know If a Lifestyle Transformation is Right For Me?
If you feel sluggish, are over weight or lose energy throughout the day then this program is for you. Maybe you are taking a bunch of prescriptions and want to see if healthy eating can eliminate some.
What if I'm too busy to meal prep?
I will teach you that if you are THAT busy, you are too busy NOT to meal prep. I teach how meal prep is a time SAVER, not a time WASTER, and you will spend far less time in the kitchen using my meal prep strategies, than if you were to cook every meal.
Can I skip trigger food testing?
Absolutely not, and you won’t want to! After I’ve walked you through a full anti-inflammatory detox/elimination period, we’ll slowly add back potential trigger foods, and about 40% of my clients react to SOMETHING that is otherwise a healthy food! I test most people on eggs, nightshade vegetables, nuts, high quality cheese, sugar alcohols (stevia, monkfruit) and even high quality chocolate! Once we know how you react to those foods (if any reactions occur) then we’ll know how to proceed with the remainder of the program.
Will I just be eating like a rabbit during the elimination period?
NOT AT ALL! You’ll be blown away by the foods in those couple of weeks… everyone loves the banana muffins, and so many other yummy foods I’ll provide recipes for in your meal plans; however, you will also have an “elimination approved foods” list that I will share with you upon enrollment, so you can always choose anything from the list too, if you’d prefer. Tons of options!
What if I have diverticulosis, chronic colitis, IBS, GERD and struggle with lots of foods?
Well, this is customized, so we can absolutely eliminate known triggers – BUT I will tell you – across the board when we get folks through their detox period, people feel worlds better! I have yet to have one person who has followed my plan have a diverticulitis flare, or have to remain on GERD meds! They’ve all come off of them, because we’ve been able to help them heal with food!
Should I wait until after vacation to start this program?
Absolutely not! We will work around your vacation, and a big part of my program is teaching you that you are about to enter a world of feeling BETTER on vacation and not coming home with 10 pounds you gained in a week to lose! Many of my clients on my program actually still report weight loss while having an amazing time on vacation!
