This eCookbook NOT ONLY has 50 recipes perfect for an Inflammation Elimination Detox, but it also has a written out description of a suggested meal plan. Recipes are listed in order, and we make meal plan suggestions (for example): “Each day choose 1 food fromĀ recipes #1-#10. Each day choose 1 to 2 foods from recipes #11-#34…” and so on. All of my recipes are always free of processed foods, gluten, and soy. These, however, are also dairy free, egg free, nut free, and nightshade free, as they are all ingredients thatĀ are potential trigger foods of which most people are unaware until they’ve been tested.
